Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Outbird Email Health tool ("the Service"). By creating an account, connecting an inbox, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

The Service checks an email sending account's authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), blacklist status and deliverability signals, and reports a health score and recommended actions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Email account access and monitoring

By connecting an email account to the Service, you authorize Outbird to:

• Access that mailbox over SMTP and/or IMAP to monitor its authentication, delivery and folder-placement signals.
• Send outbound test emails, and send or reply to test/seed messages to and from that mailbox, as needed to measure deliverability, spam placement and sender reputation. This is limited to what is required to run and report on a check — Outbird does not send marketing or bulk email on your behalf through this tool.

You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the inbox from your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to check email accounts you own or are authorized to test. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". Health scores and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee inbox placement or deliverability outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outbird is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or at our discretion.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
